Registration

To proceed with the purchase you must be registered.

If you already have an account on Li.Bo will be sufficient to click on "Login" and enter the username and password chosen at the time of registration.
Forgot your password? Click on "Recover Password" and we will send you an email to create a new one.
If you are a new customer you will need to register.
Click on "Register" and enter your details, including name, surname, email address and create a password to access your account.
To conclude the registration click on "Create an account" and complete the registration by entering other important information for the purchase, such as your address or phone number.

When you enter your address it is possible that the system indicates a correction, such as cross instead of street. If the address you entered is correct, confirm it anyway.
 

How to search for an article

How do I find the item I'm looking for?
 
1. Search using a keyword: enter a keyword in the search field at the top. The keyword can be an article, a category (e.g. signage) or an article number.

2. Search using categories: Choose from all the categories listed in the drop-down menu at the top left, or navigate to the "Shop" section where all categories are present.

3. Search by filter: Inside the "Shop" section you can refine your choice using the search filters (brand, code, EAN, etc.). You can also filter your search by price. This way you can combine the different criteria to find your item faster!

Proceed to order

1. Once you have chosen your product, click on "buy".
 
2. Add other products in the same way or click on "Checkout".
 
3. Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter the exact address, for the courier at the time of delivery.
 
4. Choose the payment method you want to use
 
5. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data.
 
6. To conclude the order click on "proceed".

At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address that you have registered on our site. If you do not see it try to check the Spam folder. You can also check all the details of your order by logging into your account.
It is not possible to add other items when you have already completed your order. If you want, you can place another order.
It is not possible for us to change the shipping address after you have placed your order.
