Structure made of 1.5mm-thick white/grey prepainted galvanized sheet metal profiles, all made from galvanized steel strip (UNI 5753-75 standards).
Standard base with profile made from galvanized and prepainted RAL 9002 steel (1.5 mm thick); noncooperating galvanized floor sheet (0.6 mm thick).
An 18mm chipboard panel is placed on the floor slab to which an R10 non-slip PVC floor covering > 2mm thick is glued using special resins.
Exterior and interior walls made of insulated panels 40mm thick, composed with pre-painted galvanized steel supports in white/gray color (thickness 0.4mm) according to UNI EN 10169 standards, with polyurethane foam-based insulation in between, density D=38-40 Kg/ mc Transmittance U=0.55 W/sqmK.
The roof covering of the 1st level is made of insulated panels 30 mm thick, composed with pre-painted galvanized steel supports in white/grey color (thickness 0.4mm) according to UNI EN 10169 standards, with interposed insulation based on polyurethane foam density D=38-40 Kg/ mc Transmittance U=0.62 W/ mqK. The 2nd level is galvanized trapezoidal sheet metal roofing.
The interior and exterior windows and doors are made of aluminum profiles (White RAL 9010) and glass (4mm), anti-intrusion bars, handles and locks.
