Electrically insulating boot with integral steel toe cap and vulcanized rubber sole for excellent slip resistance. Allows work under voltage up to 17kV, with each boot tested for 20kV AC, with optional 50kV DC test (Class 2).
The upper has arc protection and meets the requirements of ASTM F2621-2019 at 40 Cal/cm²*. Toe cap is epoxy-coated steel resistant to 200 joules according to EN ISO 20345. Seamless construction. "Kick off" lug. Height adjustable. Non-breathable knitted nylon lining. REACH compliant.
Sole is vulcanized blue rubber and cleated for maximum grip in wet and oily conditions (SRC) and increased cut resistance. Resistant to hydrocarbons, oil, and heat by contact 60 seconds at 300 oC.
Cold insulation in accordance with EN ISO 20345CI. Energy-absorbing tunnel system in the heel area and ergonomic shock-absorbing footbed (removable and machine washable) that increases user comfort.
